(In)Famous ex-football coach Bobby Petrino has put his Harley Davidson up for sale on ebay. Why is this notable? This is the same bike that the Arkansas coach crashed on April 2nd that lead to the discovery of a scandalous affair and his eventual dismissal. You see, its wasn't just Bobby on the bike when he went down. his 25-year-old passenger/employee/mistress Jessica Dorrell was with him. Of course, his superiors-and presumably his wife-weren't aware of his involvement with Ms.Dorrell until the accident resulting in the firing of both of them. The bike is up for auction on copart.com. The clench factor of riding over wet metal grating. But there's also the ease of splitting lanes, the sound of going wide-open on a canyon road, and the joy of leaving all other distractions at home. Here are a few more things that you can only know by riding on two wheels.A Finer Understanding of Man's Best Friend >>

Peter La FranceBarnett's MagazineOne of the most anticipated and dreaded Harley-Davidson new bike introductions was the unveiling of their first water-cooled motorcycle, the VRSC V-Rod, back in 2001. Every Harley enthusiast has their own "absolutely-correct" opinion about any new model or variation of a model Harley produces and will gladly tell you why they are correct and why The Motor Company is either a marketing genius with its finger on the pulse of what's happening or that they just don't have a clue and that they're lucky the Harley juggernaut rolls on in spite of themselves. • Harley Dealerships Top Customer Service Survey

    Marcus Slater

Harley-Davidson is a lot more involved with their customers than other brands (motorcycles or otherwise) tend to be. I guess it shouldn't be surprising that they top the list of dealership effectiveness according to the 2012 Pied Piper prospect satisfaction survey. That's not quite the same as customer satisfaction mind you, but it's a measure of how nice their dealerships are.BMW and Ducati tie for second place, while Victory, Indian and Triumph finish in a three-way tie for fourth. While Harley bested their competition in this case, the whole dealership industry is up over last…
  • Harley Survives Tsunami, Winds up in B.C.

We were expecting some refuse from the Japan's monster tsunami to make it across the pacific... But I don't think anyone was expecting this. With a stroke of luck, this bike managed to float across the pacific to the sandy shores of British Columbia. That's wild. The bike is tagged from Miyagi prefecture, which was one of the areas hardest hit by the Tsunami. It washed up on a beach in British Columbia, in what appeared to part of a moving van. Luckily the bike was in a box, or else it would've almost certainly sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Hopefully, they'll be able to find the original…

Well fellas and ladies,I sold my 04 Fatboy(reluctantly) and am looking into a bagger. I have a like new manual I purchased when I bought the bike but it is hardly been opened. Testimony to harley quality I guess. I thought maybe someone might need one and am willing to sell this one for a good price. I thought 25 dollars and 7 dollars shipping is fair. I paid over 60 so I think resonable. Hit me up if you are interested.

Hi Guys...I haven't posted in a while but I've recently traded my 2010 FXDC for a 09 Road King Classic with the 103 upgrade. About 3K on the rebuild, almost 19K on the bike (love it, by the way...!). Rush slip-ons, stock breather and the MoCo download. I believe that the tuning leaves some to be desired. I had a K&N high flow, a TFI and Rush slip ons on my Dyna (ran awesome), and I'm thinking that the King would benefit from this. She starts hard sometime, has a bit of popping and sounds "tight" when I shut it down. Am I accurate in my line of thought? Doesn't it need to breathe…

No Wisconsin-focused story looking at brands could be complete without a discussion of Harley-Davidson.  After all, there aren’t many brands which have fans willing to tattoo their bodies with the company logo. Founded in 1903 in Milwaukee, Harley-Davidson has thrived for nearly 110 years by focusing on motorcycles.  In 2003, nearly one million people helped the company celebrate its centenary in Milwaukee.  Along the way, the firm has maintained intense customer loyalty, enabled brand extension across a broad array of consumer-licensed products, and supported an active ecosystem of…

    4 May 2012 | 4:50 am
Question by iceover: How many women would admit to having boasted about the number of partners they have had? Most women seem to downplay the number of their conquests, but I have heard at least a few women who will, when you talk to them, admit to being pretty proud about having attracted lots of men. Is this unusual? Is it a sign of some kind of insecurity? Or the opposite? Or were they just being honest! Best answer: Answer by Wild SageI know some women who have bragged about it. They were kind of sl*tty though. Give your answer to this question below!

When he was 11 Mil Blair saw this cover of the Saturday Evening Post.  Like the boys in the picture, Mil fell in love with the bike, which was an actual motorcycle built by Tex Keeler, a Connecticut bike builder.  In 1988 Mil decided to build a replica of the bike that had been in his mind all those years, with the idea that he would make it exactly like the bike in the painting.  It took him six months (and a plea to the California DMV to give him plate 8898–normally they don’t give 4 digit plates) but he had finally built the bike that matched Tex Keeler’s down to the…
